  • Underage consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • To be courteous to our neighbors, quiet hours in the park are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
  • Please be considerate at all hours.

  • Selling or soliciting in the park is not allowed without prior permission from management.
  • Park and public bathrooms should be kept clean.
  • While we do not expect you to clean or sanitize the area, we do expect you to leave it tidy for the next person.
  • Oak Ridge River Park reserves the right to close any restroom as necessary.
  • During hurricane season, please understand that a mandatory evacuation means exactly that—mandatory.
  • The park must be empty, and all guests must leave.
  • Before departing, turn off your propane tanks, disconnect the water hose from the spigot, disconnect the power cord, and store yard decorations, chairs, and grills inside your RV.
  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted at the docks or on a boat without adult supervision at any time.
  • Discharging firearms of any kind is prohibited.
  • This includes BB guns, wrist rockets, slingshots, bows and arrows, or any device that propels a projectile.

Pet Policy

  • Pets (dogs and cats) must always be kept on a leash and under control.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet droppings.
  • No aggressive or bully breeds permitted (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.). All pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.
  • A maximum of two pets (dogs or cats) per unit is permitted.
  • Please do not leave your dog or cat outside unattended.
  • Unsupervised barking is disruptive to the neighborhood.
  • If walking your pets after dark, please carry a flashlight.
  • Do not leave dog or cat food outside, as it will attract unwanted wildlife.

Additional Policies

  • Please notify on-site management of any issues with plugs, breakers, cable connections, or water leaks as soon as possible.
  • Oak Ridge River Park expects your rig and all connections (electric, cable, water, and sewer) to be in good working order and free from shorts and leaks.
  • All units must have either a 90-degree connector or a donut to seal the sewer line, preferably encased in 4” PVC pipe.
  • Power lines, water hoses, and cable lines should be bundled together and run from your rig to the power pedestal, preferably above the ground, to prevent damage from weed whackers and lawn mowers.
  • While we appreciate your desire to personalize your site, please understand that if you place items on or in the ground, you will be responsible for weed-whacking around them to maintain a clean appearance.
  • Please do not empty grease into the septic tanks.
  • All grease should be placed in sealed containers and disposed of in the dumpster with other household trash.
  • The dumpster is for household trash only.
  • All boxes must be broken down.
  • If a box is full of paper or trash, it should be emptied before being broken down.
  • All old or broken appliances, furniture, old mattresses, and remodeling debris should be taken to a landfill.
  • Do not place items behind or next to the dumpsters.
  • Clutter, litter, and items that need to be stored outside your rig should be kept in storage containers and under the rig or in approved storage buildings on the site.
  • Vehicle repair or maintenance is not allowed on the site.
  • Please see on-site management for approved areas.
  • Guests are urged to be cautious of walks, steps, and drives.
  • The park cannot be held responsible for injuries to guests or issues with property loss due to guests or invitees, as well as fire, windstorms, tropical storms, hurricanes, or other acts of nature.
  • If you own a golf cart or other mode of transportation to move around the park, it must be equipped with working headlights if driven after dark.
  • Oak Ridge River Park assumes no liability for damage or injuries to persons or property.
  • Guests agree to abide by any additional rules and regulations that may be posted or communicated verbally, as deemed necessary by the management/owners of the park to maintain a desirable and attractive living environment at Oak Ridge River Park.
